Maybe you've Googled your symptoms at midnight. Maybe you've mentioned it to your doctor and been told your bloodwork is normal. Maybe you've wondered if you're just getting older, or if something is actually wrong.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. The assessment takes about 15 minutes, is free through your Pacific Blue Cross plan, and gives you a clearer picture of what's happening — and what to do about it.
Begin Your Free AssessmentThe free tools are a real starting point — many women find them genuinely helpful on their own. But if you want to go deeper with a clinician who specializes in midlife health, here's what that looks like.

Care remains connected across appointments. Decisions are based on both your lab results and how you're actually feeling.
Additional appointments may be included if sanoMidLife is available to you through your employer or through an individual purchase.
This care model is designed as a complete care journey, not just a single visit. It includes an initial assessment, a personalized care plan, and a follow-up appointment to review your progress and make any needed adjustments.
Most participants complete their initial program over 10–12 months, depending on how appointments are scheduled. If prescriptions are part of your care plan, they are typically provided for up to 12 months.
If your symptoms change or new concerns arise, additional appointments can be booked at any time. You will always see the fee before scheduling.
After completing the initial program, we recommend reconnecting once a year for a full reassessment, which often aligns with annual benefit resets.
Our team includes:
Our clinicians and coaches focus specifically on women's midlife health, including perimenopause and menopause.
sanoMidLife is designed to complement the care you may receive from your GP, or to fill a gap if you do not currently have one.
Our clinicians focus specifically on midlife health and menopause-related concerns. Appointments are longer and more specialized than typical primary care visits, allowing for deeper discussion and individualized planning.
We work alongside the broader healthcare system and can help guide next steps if in-person evaluation or additional services are needed.
Yes. While sanoMidLife focuses on midlife-related concerns, you do not need a GP to access care with us.
If your symptoms require in-person assessment or services outside our scope, we will guide you toward appropriate next steps.
The best option for you will depend on your health needs and your benefit coverage. Your Coach will help guide you toward the option that is the best fit for you.
Most extended health benefits plans include some coverage for Naturopathic Doctor (ND) services. Your reimbursement depends on your specific plan and how much of your annual coverage you've already used.
If you have a Health Spending Account (HSA), Nurse Practitioner (NP) fees are often eligible for reimbursement. HSAs vary by plan, we recommend confirming what's included.
How reimbursement works:
Direct billing varies by insurer and plan. We're working to expand direct billing options where requirements allow.
sanoMidLife focuses on perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health concerns.
If you have a pre-existing condition that's unrelated to menopause, you should continue care with your GP or specialist. We can still work alongside that care and consider how menopause-related changes may be affecting how you feel.
If your medical history is complex or your needs fall outside our scope, we'll let you know early and help guide you toward the right next step.
Yes, when medically appropriate.
Depending on your needs, your care plan may include prescriptions, supplements when appropriate, and lifestyle strategies.

Your clinician will review your symptoms, health history, and any relevant lab results, then discuss options, benefits, and safety considerations with you.
If hormone therapy isn't the right fit, we'll guide you toward other evidence-informed options.
